Budget Air canceled my flight (WestJet) due to the pandemic. I spent 9 months emailing them back and forth re: a refund, and got the runaround of "That's up to Westjet" which is inaccurate. When I asked about a credit they either didn't email me back or ignored the question in their response. The only number to call re: my flight was in the UK. Budget Air however want to charge an 'admin fee' of £55 per person per flight to change the flights. The three flights in total were £629.97 and Budget Air expect to charge a fee of £495.00 to change them.
